Schedule of Meetings
All Council meetings will be held at Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Bracknell, RG42 7PA (CH) or Lock’s Ride (LR) Forest Road, Winkfield Row RG42 7NJ).
All Planning & Highways meetings will be held at Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Bracknell, RG42 7PA (CH).
All Staffing & Strategy meetings will be held at Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Bracknell, RG42 7PA (CH).
- All meetings are held on TUESDAYS (unless otherwise indicated).
- Meetings commence at 7.30pm.
- Agendas and Minutes of meetings can be viewed online or obtained from the Parish Office.
- Prior to the commencement of discussion, time not exceeding 10 minutes is available to Members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda.
- Where more than one meeting is scheduled on the same day, the second meeting will commence at 7.45pm, or immediately following the preceding meeting.
