Arts Week 2026 – From the Parish Councils of Binfield Warfield Winkfield

[If you do not manage to secure a ticket to an event, it may be possible to gain entrance by attending the venue at the event start time and taking the place of any attendees who do not arrive. However, entrance in such circumstances is not guaranteed.]

1) Resident priority: Most events are restricted to local residents only people who are residents of Binfield, Warfield or Winkfield, and this is made very clear at the time of booking your event. If you are not resident then your ticket may be cancelled without warning.
2) 3 events per person: If you book the same people/children onto more than three workshops or active participation events your tickets may be cancelled without warning. This is to ensure that events are available for all local residents.

3) Ticket numbers are limited: Each event has a maximum number of tickets you can book. Again this is to ensure we spread the places amongst the local population, so by inference you cannot book two maximum sets of tickets for the same event or book twice under various family members’ names. We will cancel tickets without warning.

4) Age restrictions:  It is very very clear what ages the events are for – please do not bring younger siblings or friends, and please do not book outside of the age restrictions. These restrictions are in place for safety reasons.

5) Who you need to book for:
For children’s workshop events, you only need to book tickets for THE CHILDREN attending
For Family events like concerts, you book tickets for everyone attending. One ticket = one seat
7) Punctuality: If you arrive after the official start time (ie. late) we may have given your place to someone else who is actually there.
8) Supervision: Under-18 year olds attending any events must be accompanied by a responsible adult who then remains in attendance throughout the event. You cannot “drop & go”.
9) Disclosure: You will be asked for your email and full contact details including postal address and a phone number so we can contact you if there is a cancelled event, and for your address to verify residence. In the event that any of the rules above have been breached, your ticket may be cancelled and you will be advised.
