The Winkfield Neighbourhood Plan is our opportunity to shape and guide how our Parish develops. In 2011 the Government published the Localism Act to give local communities a greater say over future development and use of land. Winkfield Parish Council took the decision in December 2015 to proceed with writing a Winkfield Neighbourhood Plan.
