Planning & Highways Meetings

All Council meetings will be held at Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Bracknell, RG42 7PA (CH).  All Planning & Highways meetings will be held at Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Bracknell, RG42 7PA (CH). All Staffing & Strategy meetings will be held at Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Bracknell, RG42 7PA (CH).

1. All meetings are held on TUESDAYS (unless otherwise indicated).
2. The first meeting on any evening commences at 7.30pm. When a second meeting is held on the same evening it commences at 7.45pm or immediately following the previous meeting.
3. Agendas and Minutes of meetings can be viewed online or obtained from the Parish Office.
4. Prior to the commencement of any meeting a time not exceeding 10 minutes is available to the public to address the Members of the Council on any matter relevant and within the Council’s responsibility or which affects its area.
